Happy Birthday to me!!

On Wednesday, was my 23rd Birthday. And it was a great day! 

First, me and Steph went to watch good things utah being filmed. They always announce the people who have birthdays in the audience, and show them on TV. So I was on TV, and I even did a dorky dance. :) Then we got our pictures taken with my favorite local celebrities!!

Our cute mommies were nice enough to come up with us. They stayed in the car with the babies, so we could go in the show. After GTU, we went to Cheesecake factory for lunch....oh, my favorite!! I stuffed my self!!

We went shopping a little, then came home. That night my cute husband got a babysitter! He then gave me a my presents!! (yeah presents) I got the movie Enchanted, a gift card to get a manicure & pedicure, then he also took me to the mall with some money for a shopping spree!! Also, my cute husband was so amazingly thoughtful. He got us tickets to see the show STOMP!! Heres the story as to why this was so thoughtful. A: I've wanted to see Stomp for a long time. B: Three years ago, we got stomp tickets for my 20th birthday! I was so excited!! We got ready for Saturday night!! Saturday afternoon, we started getting ready, I got out the tickets, and looked a little closer and saw that they were actually for Friday night!!! I don't know how I got confused. So, this year we aren't going to miss it!!! 

Anyways, back to this years.... We went to Tucanos for Dinner!! I love that place, but brad always feels like they never give him enough meat. But we had a great little guy who literally ran the whole night, and made sure that brad had plenty to eat!! And oh, for the 2nd time that day, I was so stuffed!!  So, needless to say, I had a great birthday, and I'm not eating anything. I think my body can survive off birthday food for a week!!

Happy Easter

This year wasn't Leah's 1st Easter. She was 4 days old last easter. I can't believe how fast it has flown by!! I had to post this picture to show the difference! 

We had a whirlwind of an easter weekend!! On Saturday, we went to my moms for her 2nd Annual Easter breakfast! (your so funny mom) Then we went to Uncle Randy's for a easter egg hunt, and lunch. On Sunday, we went to church, and then to Aunt Pam's for lunch. It was so fun to be with all our family.

Day at the Park!

So, my friend Brooke introduced me to this cute little park, just down the road from me! I was babysitting my neice Toby, so we all got together with some other friends from the neighborhood, and went out to enjoy the weather!

I couldn't believe how much leah loved the swings!
But, Toby wasn't liking it nearly as much.

Leah and I have taken many small trips to the park since then, and she loves it every time!!

Leah at 10 Months Old

I'm sorry that this post is so late. This pictures are at 10 months old, but Leah is almost 1 year old!  

Doesn't she have the most beautiful eyes? I had to highlight them! 

She is getting so big!! She wants to walk so bad, but can't quite manage yet, which leads to many embarrassing bumps and bruises. Luckily, I am reassured by most moms that they too have been embarrassed by their kids "battle wounds." It makes me feel a little better. Maybe if I just wrapped her in bubble wrap....hmm...

I'm so glad that she is my baby! She is so amazing! I can't believe she's almost a year old!
