I can't believe that I have a 5 year old!!! It's crazy to me that she's such a big girl now. We had a great day. She was probably most excited to go to school on her birthday! Silly girl.
We played at the park with friends for a good part of the day. Leah got to choose where to go to dinner and of course, this little girl picked Panda Express. She loves Chinese Food. We had to grab Toby to come with us because friends make it more fun.
That night we had all the family over for cake and Ice Cream.
It's moment like these that I just know Brad is near. He has to take a break from whatever it is he's doing to come watch his daughter blow out her candles.
She got mad loads of presents but when it was all over she acted a little sad becaue I told her that was the last one. Then, Papa wheeled out her brand new bike. This was her face when she saw it. :)
We took her out to ride it. I was a little bummed because it's just a tiny bit big. When I told her that, she said, "Mom! I'm five now! Come on!"
Oh how I love this little girl.
The next day, the birthday fun continuted. We had a combined Princess Party with Leah's friend Merissa. Here are the two birthday princesses modeling.
Leah, the Mermaid Princess. Can you tell she's had her picture taken a few times?
We had the most delicious and beautiful cupcakes made by the fabulous Brooke. Thanks Brooke, I know where I'm going to go now whenever I need cupcakes.
I just love this picture of Scout. It's like she's saying: "You know excatly what I'm going to do. Just try to stop me!"

I just love my little Leah. She makes my life brigther, sweeter and full of fun!
