Pumpkin Carving

Leah loves our pumpkins! She has to go out side every day to say hi to them. She points at the guts, plugs her nose and says "eww" Its to fun!

ACTRA National Finals Ropin Competition

My amazing, awesome, talented husband made it to the ACTRA National Finals!! I was so proud of him. It was a big deal, and defiantly the biggest Ropin he's ever been too. We bought some great pictures of him Ropin, but I haven't got them scanned in yet, so watch for those to come! Brad went down on Wednesday, and My mom, Leah & I hopped in the car early (4 am) on friday and drove to Reno. Wow, its a loonnnnggg boring drive to reno. Leah did really well even though she didn't sleep very well. (sorry these pictures are out of order...blogger sucks at that, any one else have that problem?)
We played around Circus Circus. Leah liked watching the shows, and playing the games.
I had a hard time at the Arena, it was sooo dirty. And not just dirt, POOH dirt. It was all over me, Leah, the stroller. I was having a fit about it. My mom just laughed at me.

My husband is so cute. We have officially determined that I am Brads bad luck charm. He did really well on Thursday, while I was safely at home. Then I showed up, and friday and Saturday, he didn't do so well. Sorry babe, but you are the cutest!!

Leah did well in the car on the way home. She got a little fussy as it got late. But, I was proud of her!
Brad is so adorable! He cuddled up with the monkey that he won Leah at the Midway.

Us, waiting for the show to start at Circus Circus.
I was glad that I could go be with my husband, but I felt bad that he didn't do well because he was nervous that I was there. And I've decided that out of all the cities I've been too (alot) Reno is one of my least favorite. Maybe it was because of the car in the hotel parking lot that had bond-oed over bullet holes, or the fact that in a large crowd we were the only white people. Or was it the elevator that I knew would be my death box, or the 8 people who I'm pretty sure were living in the room next to ours? I don't know...but I don't think I'll take a vaca to reno any time soon!

Making Carmel Apples

We had a fun night at my moms house making carmel apples, and other candies. Steph & I got a little "snap happy" and more than a little goofy.

Believe me, I could have posted I more embarrassing picture of my self. But, once she sees the picture below, I'm pretty sure that Steph will post it for me.

Wow steph....!!!
Brad was a good sport with us girls. We had a fun together.
